This is a permanent role with no weekend work. Working hours are from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, avoiding peak traffic times. Salary is paid bi-weekly.
Duties include:
1. Retaining customers and selling new contracts
2. Answering calls and providing top-class service
3. Going above and beyond for the customer
4. Upselling products to clients
5. Ensuring quality and accuracy of information provided to callers
6. Maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality
7. Knowing departmental policies and procedures
8. Using IT systems accurately

Experience:
1. Preferably in an inbound contact centre environment
2. Sales or upselling experience
3. Excellent communication skills and issue resolution abilities
4. Proficiency with multiple computer systems
