Our client with offices based on the outskirts of Cambridge is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
As Conveyancing Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying our land registry searches, requesting search packs, supporting during exchange of contract and completion / post completion documentation, draft client documentation, dealing with calls from clients, agents, solicitors etc and responding to emails, creating reports, checking portals for updates, and other ad hoc related duties.
To be considered for the role of Conveyancing Assistant, you will have a minimum of 3 years conveyancing experience, you will be a great multi tasker, will have excellent written and verbal communications skills and be PC literate.
In return, for the role of Conveyancing Assistant, our client is offering a starting salary up to £29,000 depending on level of experience, pension, social events, generous holiday entitlement.
