Therapeutic Support Workers – Bank
Young Crisis Hub
Young Crisis Hub is currently recruiting compassionate, resilient, and dedicated Therapeutic Support Workers to join our growing bank team. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to support vulnerable young people experiencing complex mental health and behavioural challenges within a structured, therapeutic home environment.
About Young Crisis Hub
Young Crisis Hub provides specialist, high-quality therapeutic care and support for young people experiencing mental health crises and significant emotional distress. Our service is designed to offer stability, safety, and clinical oversight during periods of heightened vulnerability.
We operate within a trauma-informed framework, recognising that behaviour is often a communication of unmet need or past trauma. Our approach is rooted in compassion, consistency, and structured therapeutic intervention to support emotional regulation, recovery, and long-term positive outcomes.
Young people supported by Young Crisis Hub may present with:
Acute mental health needs
Emotional dysregulation
Risk-taking behaviours
Self-harm behaviours
Attachment difficulties
Behavioural challenges linked to trauma
Our aim is to provide a safe, nurturing, and clinically guided environment where young people can begin to stabilise, rebuild trust, and develop healthier coping strategies.
