Female Complex Care Assistant
Area: Lichfield WS14
Salary: £14.00
Hours: 8.00am - 5pm
Days: Monday to Saturday (3 days out of 6)
We are looking for a part‑time Female Complex Care Assistant who will support a child with Cerebral Palsy. The child lives at home with her family and would benefit from someone who is bubbly & fun but remains calm under pressure. She loves music, dancing, Peppa Pig and enjoys helping in the kitchen with cooking and baking.
You will work 3 days a week and may be expected to cover additional days for holidays and sickness. The role also requires accompanying the client and her family during holidays and travel arrangements.

* Full UK manual driving licence

Key Responsibilities
* Assisting at school during term time
* Working at client's home during school holidays
* Personal care including washing and dressing
* Clinical interventions as required – full training and ongoing support provided by our clinical team
* Epilepsy management
* PEG feeding
* Going on holidays and day trips
* Assisting with social activities
* Understanding of SEN needs
