Our client is a highly regarded, Legal 500 and UK Chambers Guide-recognized law firm experiencing exciting growth. Our clients team is currently seeking a full-time Property Solicitor with 1-3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join an esteemed Property team based in their London office.
Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and driven Property Solicitor to take on a diverse range of non-contentious property work. The ideal candidate will have experience managing their own caseload and developing relationships with clients, as well as a proactive approach to building a network for repeat business. Meeting targets and achieving business growth will be a key aspect of the role.
You will play a vital role in supporting the ongoing development of the Property department, contributing to its future growth and success. This is an excellent opportunity for career advancement within a supportive and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a broad range of non-contentious property matters, including residential and commercial property transactions.
* Managing a caseload independently while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and a network of contacts.
* Contributing to the growth and expansion of the Property department.
* Meeting targets and ensuring the continued success of the team.
* Collaborating effectively with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellent service to clients.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
* 1-3 years PQE with experience in non-contentious property work.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and meet targets.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* A proactive attitude towards business development and bringing in new clients.
