HR Consultant
We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our team. As an HR Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, proactive, and efficient HR advice and support to the College employee workforce.
Job Description:
* Partner strategically with Group Heads of HR and Group HR Manager.
* Support HR strategies and initiatives, communicating serious employee relation matters timely.
* Act as HR lead in the absence of the Group HR Manager, serving as the key point of contact for complex cases.
* Contribute to HR team and organisation development, working on HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
* Qualified to CIPD level 3 or working towards level 5 qualification or similar.
* Extensive employee relations knowledge and practical experience working within a HR Advisor role.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment, with substantial experience leading on employee relation matters and case management.
* Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in employee relations.
What We Offer:
* 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.00pm (4.30 finish on a Friday).
