Overview
As a Cross-border eCommerce Senior Manager at P&G, you will be a key driver of our continued growth and success! You will develop go-to-market commercial plans for SK-II, a prestige skincare brand, focusing on the cross-border eCommerce channel.
Your team
You will report to the Market Strategy Director of Global Travel Retail (Global TR), based in Singapore. You will work closely with a diverse, multi-functional team of experts across the globe, including business leaders and SK-II specialists.
Responsibilities
1. Define key business drivers for the prestige skincare channel.
2. Design commercial plans to meet channel revenue targets, securing internal stakeholder buy-in for investments.
3. Lead the sell-in of plans to customers, ensuring execution excellence at all touchpoints.
4. Develop pricing and promotion strategies aligned with channel drivers. Monitor promotion efficiency and ROI to optimize in-market investments.
5. Ensure compliance with internal stewardship policies for responsible spending and budget management.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* 5-9 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in China eCommerce (e.g., DouYin, T-Mall Global).
* Experience in cross-border eCommerce and understanding of the Travel Retail Channel is advantageous.
* Expertise in Joint Business Planning (JBP) and commercial processes.
* Knowledge of Beauty, Skincare, or Prestige brands.
* Proficiency in Mandarin and strong market knowledge of China to develop brand strategies and consumer insights.
