About the Role
We are recruiting for a Deputy Nurse Manager who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. Responsibilities
Deliver a high standard of specialist nursing care to all patients within MVCC. Coordinate the overall management of the Department, facilitate the education and support of qualified and unqualified staff, and participate in the development of nursing practice in the clinical area. Work independently/autonomously without direct supervision, accountable for own professional actions, and take an active role in deputising and supporting the Nurse Manager.
Qualifications
Self‑motivated with excellent time management skills, highly developed communication and people‑management skills, and the ability to manage change.

Additional Benefits
High‑Cost Area Supplement of 15% of basic salary (minimum £4,552, maximum £5,735 per annum pro rata). Flexibility in working patterns is supported with formal requests considered. Core values: Include, Respect, Improve.
