HRIS Implementation Lead (12-month FTC)
Location: Hybrid – Midlands base with remote working flexibility
Contract: Fixed Term (12 months)
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 pa
Hours: Full time
Are you an experienced HRIS Implementation Lead ready to take ownership of a high-impact transformation project?
We’re looking for a proactive and capable professional to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new HR Information System across a complex, multi-site organisation. This is a hands-on delivery role where you’ll shape, manage and deliver a future-proof HRIS platform from data migration through to process redesign, stakeholder engagement and go-live.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading the HR workstream across planning, configuration, testing and go-live
* Acting as the key liaison between project teams, HR, payroll, recruitment, and senior stakeholders
* Driving data migration, validation and GDPR compliance
* Overseeing and optimising HR processes to align with digital workflows
* Managing a small team of HRIS Analysts to deliver project milestones
* Leading user training, documentation and user acceptance testing
* Ensuring an excellent end-user experience via self-service and support functions
💡 What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience leading a full HRIS implementation (from vendor selection to launch)
* Strong knowledge of HR processes, data management and digital transformation
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Skilled in Excel and HR systems integration (especially with payroll/workforce management)
* Ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
* Comfortable working under pressure with competing deadlines
