GSL Education are currently welcoming applications from a dedicated MFL Teacher to work in schools across Sheffield (S35). This is a fantastic opportunity to encourage pupils to explore new languages and cultures while developing essential speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. As a Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons in modern foreign languages, fostering enthusiasm, cultural awareness, and linguistic confidence among pupils. Core Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality MFL lessons as an MFL Teacher. Encourage pupils to develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Promote cultural understanding and enthusiasm for language learning. Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback. Support extracurricular language activities and school events. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching modern foreign languages in a school setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. An enthusiastic, patient, and motivating teaching approach. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
