As a Claims Specialist, you’ll manage Life, Critical Illness and/or disability claims, making key decisions and providing excellent customer service support through our HALO claims service, ensuring compliance with industry standards and UK regulations while managing and enhancing our customers’ experience addressing each case with precision and empathy.
There could also be the opportunity for you to move from a less senior position within the UK life critical illness and health protection insurance sector but the salary would reflect less experience.
