Robert Half are exclusively partnering with growing company to recruit a Tax Manager. Based in London with hybrid working model.
Tax Compliance
1. Manage global and international tax filings (CT600, CFC, CIR, Hybrid Mismatch).
2. Manage R&D tax claims and ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
3. Handle tax audits, inquiries, and liaise with tax authorities.
4. Collaborate with HMRC, legal, HR, and other departments on tax policy updates.
5. Advise on employee tax matters (PSA, BIK, status assessments) and support payroll.
6. Review VAT returns and coordinate related tasks (groupings, capital goods, R&D credits).
7. Monitor tax legislation changes and their impact on the business.
Tax Advisory
8. Advise on tax strategy, structuring, governance, M&A, and employee benefits.
9. Proactively manage emerging tax risks and opportunities.
10. Lead tax due diligence for transactions.
11. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on advisory projects.
Ideal Profile:
12. CTA or equivalent or ACA/ACCA with tax experience
13. Technical corporation, employment and value added tax knowledge
14. Experience with or understanding of R&D tax claim
15. An understanding of tax accounting
