Studio Wonder Works was established in 2017 when we created the opportunity to sell other non-cutlery products in the UK hospitality market. A holistic supply of goods experience for our Trade Hospitality business.
We present ourselves to customers, as a new generation of creative disruptors for the supply of goods into the UK hospitality industry. We are much more than a distributor; we are a collaborator. We’re looking for an UK Hospitality Sales Brand Ambassador, confident relationship-builder who enjoys presenting, networking and achieving sales (across the UK hospitality market).
Industry experience and an existing network are highly valuable, but personality and a genuine love of products and the hospitality industry matter just as much! Working hybrid from home with regular visits to our Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon office. The candidate has a powerful opportunity to help steer and develop our UK hospitality business collaborating with the Head of Sales and other stakeholders.
This role requires an experienced candidate, experienced telephone salesperson, email presenter, social media networker and lover of being in front of the customer. The focus being to drive sales growth for our cutlery and the other tableware brands.
You will be targeting within the UK hospitality market: large key accounts, medium accounts, researching new opportunities and collaborations, whilst nurturing existing client relationships. Developing meaningful connections with the influencers, operators and decision makers within restaurants, hotels, contract catering and corporate properties.

We showcase our cutlery brands as first point of communication and after the other external brands we represent, for a complete tableware proposition.
Our target customers are contract Caterers, Corporate Offices and Banks & Law Firms etc, as well as Football/sports Stadia, Cruise Ships, hotels, restaurants, pubs and clubs. We create brand awareness and support key people within Procurement Companies, Hotel Groups, Restaurant Groups. Our friends over the years are General Managers, Exec Chefs, Food & Beverage Managers, Banqueting Managers, procurement and influencers.
Our collections are innovative and inspiring, and you’ll receive warm, enthusiastic responses when presenting to customers. Customers love our innovation, customer service and that we are genuinely passionate about what we do.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
* Own and develop quickly, deep product knowledge in our cutlery brands.
* Create your own monthly sales campaigns.
* Conduct research, network and identify new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
* Follow new-openings and refurbishments, generate contacts within. New business is great business.
* Engage with our existing customer base, be knowledgeable about their business, ask about their business, what new plans are in the pipeline, innovation ideas, operational changes, new personnel and the customer will provide you with great information and your opportunities.
* Support our UK Cutlery Distributors in collaboration with our Sales Administration team at the head office.
* Prepare exceptional customer presentations, presentations that you would want to receive (we have a team to help support you create them).
* CRM: manage and maintain customer contacts, relationships management, the sales process within supports your sales efficiency. Ensure we have informative and relevant content added.
* Become a knowledgeable ambassador to our cutlery brands.
* Manage your own sales performance, KPIs and targets.
* Plan and meet customers efficiently: when out travelling to visit customers, organise your geographic location, to be efficient, cover multiple site-visits in one day.
* Explore industry trends and collaborate.
* Report and collaborate with the Head of Sales and Senior Management, share the journey with them, discuss ideas, challenges and successes. We want to always be better than we are now, we want your input into shaping and creating opportunity.
* Engage with our other sales teams and our marketing team to ensure alignment between brand messaging and sales strategies.
