About You
* Proven experience managing a range of employee relations matters
* Good knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
* Must hold CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent)
* Strong communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
