About the Pensions Dashboards Programme
Pensions dashboards will enable people to access key information about all their UK pensions, private and State, in one online place, revolutionising pension engagement throughout their lives. The programme aims to connect up to 52 million adults with around 43,000 pension providers and schemes, turning industry concepts into a delivery solution for UK citizens.
MaPS has established the PDP to deliver the digital architecture and governance framework necessary for a connected pension dashboard ecosystem, which has the potential to significantly improve financial wellbeing for millions.
Programme Structure
The programme includes an Industry Steering Group and a supporting MaPS team, working closely with DWP, TPR, and FCA, all of whom have related delivery responsibilities. Industry plays a crucial role in designing and developing the necessary components for pensions dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the PDP ecosystem's agile IT change and release processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
2. Collaborate with the Money Helper Pensions Dashboard teams and suppliers to keep change and release strategies relevant, using best-in-class tools and methodologies.
3. Engage stakeholders proactively for relevant changes/releases and communicate impacts effectively.
4. Coordinate with test/assurance resources to ensure proper validation and maintenance of high availability environments.
5. Track, report, and publish change and release schedules, KPIs, and PIRs to stakeholders.
6. Chair operational change control boards and release planning meetings, providing approvals and acting as escalation point.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience managing organizational changes and releases, ensuring value and policy adherence.
* Proven ability to manage suppliers and meet performance targets.
* Industry experience in change and release management, with a focus on process maturity.
* Strong collaboration skills with internal and external parties.
* Ability to adapt feedback and identify process improvements, including trend analysis.
* Experience diagnosing and resolving issues with suppliers and colleagues.
* ITIL service management qualification or equivalent.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive risk assessment approach.
Additional Information
