We have a new permanent opportunity for a full-time Real Estate Lawyer to join the Team in one of our Thames Valley offices (Newbury, Maidenhead or Swindon) office. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years’ PQE with significant experience in commercial property transactions. The Role Working as part of a team, you will be working on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including p roperty portfolio management, g rant and renewal of commercial leases, t ransfer of existing commercial leases, d ealing with applications for consent to assignment, u nderletting or alterations to premises, a cquisition and disposal of all types of commercial property, o ptions, conditional contracts and pre-emption agreements, p romotion agreements, p roperty aspects of corporate asset and share sales and acquisitions, s ecured lending transactions, including in respect of site development, s ite assembly and sale of completed units You will also be expected to build and manage your own caseload of matters as well as dealing with delegated work and providing full support to more junior members of the team.
