We are currently seeking fully qualified, enthusiastic, and flexible teachers to work as supply staff in a variety of schools across the region. This role offers the flexibility to work 1-5 days a week, with assignments available in primary, secondary, and SEN settings. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching across a variety of subjects and key stages, as required
Manage classrooms effectively and ensure a positive and productive learning environment
Follow lesson plans provided by the school and maintain continuity in students' learning
Provide support and guidance to students as needed
Communicate effectively with school staff and leadership teams to ensure smooth transitions and high-quality service
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety protocols are adhered to at all times
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a UK school setting
Valid DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one if required)
Flexibility to work 1-5 days per week, depending on availability and school needs
Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments and school cultures
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for teaching and helping students succeed
