Role Summary As part of the International Go to Market Excellence team you will help to shape an exciting new era of marketing at Pfizer, marketing that will be AI-powered and insight -driven, but also human-led. We will be empowering marketers to be more creative, to ask questions, to experiment with AI, and to learn. This is not just about operational efficiency, but it’s about fostering an environment of creativity and leveraging AI to enhance our marketing capabilities. In this role, you will review, prioritize, test and pilot AI technology use cases within the Marketing domain, building out the required tech roadmaps and business cases for scale up of high impact use cases across the International Commercial Division. You will manage and prioritize the development of marketing-related technology use cases as part of the AI Marketing ecosystem and work to shape the roadmap for AI in marketing in collaboration with ICO brand teams, individual countries/ clusters, and various cross-functional stakeholders, including the Chief Marketing Office (CMO), Digital, IIS, and Business Transformation, to ensure alignment and delivery of our transformation priorities. You will partner closely with AI programme Pilot in Commands/ workstream leads, as well as the Country and Cluster Commercial Excellence and Innovation (CEI) Leads to align on the proposed roadmap and implementation programmes for marketing, and ensure alignment with other key programmes such as Marketing Capabilities, CRM, E2E Content etc. You will also partner with the Product Owners in CMO and Digital to ensure we have agile tech development plans that are continually reviewed and prioritized based on business needs. The role will also ensure connectivity with foundational capabilities, such as Change Leadership & Adoption, and Data Activation & Governance, driving integration and synergy across these initiatives, to ensure that AI is fully embedded in our current marketing practices, bringing a more streamlined user experience for marketers. You will work closely with the International AI Transformation (“AIT”) Committee, Digital as well as the Strategy and Transformation Lead and Innovation, Acceleration and Enablement Directors for CFC and Analytics, in the International Business Transformation team. Key Responsibilities Prioritization; Review and prioritize any potential new AI Marketing use cases for ‘testing’ in marketing domain at both regional and market level Testing; Lead ‘Test and Learn’ for new AI use cases to help build out the tech development plan and oversee any pilot initiatives to enable development of business cases for scale up across International Scaling; Following any successful pilots, work on business case development and implementation plan for scale up to be presented to the AIT Committee for approval Development; Work with the various product owners on tech development and roadmaps to support pilot programmes, and scale ups with integration into BAU Change Management: Drive change management across AI use cases to ensure a seamless journey for marketing teams across international to ensure downstream success of the marketing tool ecosystem. Operational Readiness: Ensure scalability and readiness by working with project teams to monitor implementation and progress and integration into business workflows and operational processes. Performance Tracking: Track KPIs across use cases to ensure milestones are met and business impact is delivered. Evaluate marketing tool engagement across markets to ensure the right mix and readiness for success. Compliance: Work with Legal and Compliance teams for all marketing use case approvals. KPI Development: Develop KPIs to assess and measure business impact. CRM Alignment: Ensure AI/ML marketing programs are closely aligned with and integrated into the CRM roadmap for International. Engagement and Impact: Work with Communication and Engagement Lead to ensure marketing colleagues understand how AI will be integrated into their workflows, to ensure that we have a clear narrative for all new AI initiatives, aligned to the broader Intl marketing vision and Intl Vision for Growth. Capabilities: Work with Marketing Capability lead to define what is AI fluency for the different marketing roles/ levels across Intl and how we measure this capability Qualifications & Key Capabilities Proven expertise in leading large-scale program delivery and solution implementation within Marketing or similar enablement domains. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, enabling seamless connection across Commercial, Digital, and in-market teams. Demonstrated ability to deliver and scale solutions, ensuring operational readiness and measurable business impact across markets. Solid understanding of change management principles to drive adoption of new tools and data-driven ways of working. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: Extensive experience in program delivery, technology solutions deployment, or transformation roles.
