Salary: HG 15 | £42,664 – £53,330, negotiable depending on experience

About The Job
The International Baccalaureate is undertaking a bold digital transformation. In this role, you will shape the digital product ecosystem, reimagine how we support internal colleagues and external stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes across the Student Operations Domain, focusing on the IBIS application and the transition to the Assessment Operating System (AOS).
Responsibilities
* Influence product strategy across domains, align with broader goals, and own transparent product processes.
* Translate strategic vision into new product concepts, particularly for AOS.
* Lead discovery and innovation to unlock new value opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Head of Product for Student Operations to align roadmaps with strategic objectives and operational work.
* Work with engineering, UX, and analytics teams to maintain consistent workflows and product operations.
* Monitor the edtech landscape to keep products relevant and future‑ready.
* Manage product‑management tooling and technology selection to support operations.
Qualifications
* Strong background in IB assessment and related processes.
* Experience in product management or a proven track record of delivering impactful digital products in complex or regulated environments.
* Understanding of product‑development lifecycle, user‑centered design, agile, and data‑driven decisions.
* Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
