About the role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Growth Marketing Manager to support and accelerate our performance marketing efforts.
Reporting into our Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for driving scalable, measurable revenue growth, with a strong emphasis on performance-led influencer marketing and paid social. You’ll focus on turning creators into a revenue-driving channel, while using paid media to scale and amplify what works.
Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you’ll take a hands-on approach to both strategy and execution.
Key Areas of Focus
* Influencer & Creator Marketing
* Build and scale a performance-driven influencer strategy focused on measurable revenue
* Identify, onboard, and manage creators as long-term performance partners
* Develop ambassador, affiliate, and revenue-share models
* Track and optimise creator performance against commercial KPIs
* Paid Social
* Own and scale paid social channels, focusing on efficient growth
* Leverage creator-led content to improve ad performance
* Work closely with agency partners to optimise and scale campaigns
* Affiliate & Partnerships
* Grow and optimise the affiliate programme as a key revenue driver
* Build strong partner relationships and improve programme performance
* Align affiliate, influencer, and paid strategies
* Creative & Content
* Build a scalable content pipeline using creators to produce assets across formats
* Run a structured creative testing framework on Meta, continuously rotating hooks, formats, CTAs and messaging themes to identify performance signals fast
* Always have new concepts in briefing, production and in-test simultaneously so Meta's algorithm has a constant supply of fresh material

What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in performance or growth marketing
* Experience across paid social and influencer/creator marketing
* Commercially focused, with a deep understanding of CPA, ROAS, and revenue growth
* Hands-on and execution-focused, with a test-and-learn mindset
* Analytical and data-driven
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
