A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager/Supervisor at a company in the Bristol area that provides specialist print solutions. With no day ever being the same, the Production Manager/Supervisor role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Managing a team of 18 production staff across 2 shifts
* Supervisor of Slitting and Coating Operations
* Ongoing training and development of staff
* Ongoing improvement and review of processes and procedures
* Oversight of Quality and Health and Safety
* Involvement with recruitment and company growth plans
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Time served as a Production Manager/Supervisor
* Ability to establish and maintain a good team working environment
* Operational understanding of a production/distribution facility
* Forklift License
Package & Benefits:
* £35,000 - £40,000
* 20 days + Banks, 37.5 hours, Mon-Fri (9am - 5pm)
