What you’ll do
* Diagnose faults to repair or replace equipment that keeps customers enjoying their coffee
* Communicate issues, problems and solutions through escalation points
* Provide first-class customer service for our partners
Who you are
* Experience using service equipment in an electrical or mechanical engineering role
* Efficient and proactive in keeping equipment operating effectively
* Strong communicator who can stay calm under pressure
Our training
We invest in talent through City & Guilds Assured training. Our training programme helps you reach your potential and aligns with global quality standards. You will undergo hands-on learning, observe, and join our Technical Trainers in the Loudwater Academy for servicing and maintaining our fleet, fault finding, and using technical documentation. You will be supported by champions in the field and have access to our digital platform to support day-to-day work.
Prior to technical academy training you will be accompanied by a Field Service Engineer to observe the role and responsibilities. You will learn on IT platforms in the field, then join the Academy.
Our training programme meets City & Guilds standards and enables continuous improvement.
We will set you up for success so you can understand our technical documents, complete Electrical Safety Learning and deliver the perfect coffee on every visit.
Working pattern
37.5 hours per week, 1 in 4 weekends
