The Role:
As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, own your shifts to drive performance, and support the restaurant’s success.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
* Running shifts, planning schedules, and coaching on the go
* Managing labour, rotas, and understanding financial performance
* Recognizing and celebrating great performance on shift
