This is a fantastic chance to play a key role in shaping the future of a successful department within a firm known for its heritage, reputation and people-first culture.</p><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Generous holiday entitlement</li><li>Staff discount on legal fees</li><li>Income protection</li><li>Life assurance (3 x salary)</li><li>Salary sacrifice pension scheme</li><li>Employee Assistance Programme</li></ul><h3>The Role</h3><p>Youll be a confident, proactive and highly organised Private Client specialist, experienced across a broad range of matters, including:</p><ul><li>Drafting Wills, including complex Wills and those utilising trusts</li><li>Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning</li><li>Preparation and registration of EPAs and LPAs</li><li>Court of Protection work</li><li>Administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates</li><li>Identifying and managing trust administration requirements</li></ul><p>You will also play an active role in promoting the department, supporting business development and enhancing the firms already strong reputation in the market.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Delivering an excellent ongoing service to existing clients</li><li>Working closely with Partners and Fee Earners to develop new business</li><li>Contributing to the growth and development of the Private Client department</li><li>Achieving agreed fee income targetsStaying up to date with legal developments and best practice</li><li>Maintaining high standards of legal, financial and risk compliance</li><li>Managing billing, cash flow and file progression effectively</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><p>Essential:</p><ul><li>Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive</li><li>Strong experience across core Private Client work</li><li>Excellent organisational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage your own caseload confidently</li><li>Sound knowledge of AML regulations and Solicitors Accounts Rules</li><li>A professional, empathetic approach, particularly when dealing with vulnerable clients</li></ul><p>Desirable:</p><ul><li>STEP qualification (or a desire to work towards it)</li><li>Experience with agricultural estates and/or high net worth clients</li><li>Supervisory experience</li><li>Interest in marketing and business development</li><li>A following or strong local network</li></ul><h3>Role Details</h3><ul><li>Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:15pm (36.25 hours)</li><li>Location: Boston, Lincolnshire</li><li>Salary: Competitive, depending on experience</li><li>A full driving licence and access to a car are required, as travel between offices and off-site appointments will be part of the role</li></ul><p>If youre looking for a role where your expertise is valued, your career can progress, and your contribution genuinely makes a difference, wed love to hear from you.</p><p>* For more information, please call Jon quoting J10553.</p><p>Reflect Recruitment Group is operating as Employment Agency under the Employment Agencies Act 1973</p></div>
