Investment Planning Manager (Hospitality – Marketing & Loyalty Focus) - West Midlands - 2 x days in the office per week
Our client, a fast-growing hospitality brand, is looking for an Investment Planning Manager to help shape how and where they invest to drive customer growth, engagement, and long-term brand loyalty.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, customer strategy, and commercial planning. You’ll work closely with marketing and loyalty teams to ensure investment decisions are aligned with customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
What you’ll be doing:
* Partnering with marketing and loyalty teams to plan and prioritise investment across campaigns, channels, and customer initiatives
* Evaluating the impact of marketing spend, promotions, and loyalty programmes on customer growth and retention
* Supporting the development of customer-led strategies that maximise engagement and lifetime value
* Analysing performance data to guide future investment decisions and optimise spend
* Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure investments align with brand and customer objectives
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in investment planning, commercial strategy, or marketing analytics (hospitality, retail, or leisure preferred)
* Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty dynamics
* Confident working with marketing data, campaign performance, and customer insights
* Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
* A collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
