Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities
1. Handle client enquiries by phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and warmth
2. Schedule appointments and bookings accurately and efficiently
3. Make customer care calls and arrange appropriate follow-up support
4. Greet clients on arrival and help them feel welcome and at ease
5. Prepare seminar rooms for training events
6. Maintain simple spreadsheets with accuracy (full training provided)
7. Use initiative to support business operations and enhance customer experience

Additional Requirements
16. Must be a non-smoker and non-vaper
17. Must demonstrate high levels of reliability and discretion
18. Comfortable working independently when remote (Mondays optional)
