Conference Producer

£40,000 + Profit Share + Benefits + International Travel
About the role:
Exciting opportunity to join a thriving events business that delivers invitation-only conference and networking events across Data and Legal.
Key responsibilities:
* Produce 3-4 events per year
* Conduct telephone and web-based market research to develop educational content, identify conference topics
* Create cutting edge agenda and recruit C-level speakers
* Guide sales, marketing and operations teams to create successful events
* Project Manage events from concept to delivery – set the vision and see it come to fruition
* Delivering conferences on site. Travelling domestically and internationally.

Experience, Skills & Attributes we are looking for:
Essential:
* 1 year experience of commercial conference production
* Proven ability to work on multiple simultaneous events and hit deadlines
* Self-motivated with great time management skills
* Confident with strong communication, project management and leadership skills
* Strong copy writing – able to deliver gripping content that captures the attention of our audiences
* Intellectually curious with a willingness to learn about new topics
* Creative; always looking to innovate content and take events to the next level
