We are currently seeking a new Paralegal team member supporting our wide range of legal advisors based in Shire Hall, Warwick.
About the Role
Paralegals within WLS provide essential administrative, and fee-earning support across the teams. Working under the supervision of fee earners, the post holder is expected to manage routine legal tasks such as file opening, letter preparation, statement drafting, and bundle compilation. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate case records, completing routine filing and search duties using Land Registry, and supporting colleagues. The role demands strong organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, a team player, punctual, and able to work well under pressure with a flexible mindset.
The Paralegal team support all areas of WLS, working with, but not limited to:
1. Planning and Litigation
2. Property
3. Employment
4. Adult Social Care
Key responsibilities
5. Arranging and coordinating meetings
6. Preparing bundles and documentation
7. File opening and maintaining case files
8. Letter/email preparation under supervision of fee earners
9. Monitoring and managing inboxes
10. Minuting meetings
11. Land Registry searches and filing
