The Role This is a senior leadership position offering the opportunity to shape and grow the sustainability service while playing a key role in client delivery and business development. Benefits Supportive and collaborative working environment Competitive salary with genuine career progression opportunities Private healthcare Healthcare cash plan Key Responsibilities Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients Support the growth of new services and contribute to client marketing initiatives Lead all aspects of project delivery across the sustainability service offering Procure, manage, and coordinate specialist external sub-consultants Candidate Requirements Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or another built environment discipline Proven experience within sustainability consultancy in the built environment Strong project leadership skills with the ability to represent the business positively within multidisciplinary design teams Demonstrated client-facing experience across multiple project stages Sound understanding of financial and resource management Knowledge of dynamic simulation software, mechanical design principles, sustainability rating systems, planning requirements, operational energy assessments, and life cycle assessments (highly desirable) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high-quality report writing If you are interested in this role or other opportunities within Sustainability and Energy, please contact Caitlin Richards at Penguin Recruitment.
