Sales & Onboarding Administrator
Our client based in Bristol at Emersons Green near the junction of the M4 and M32 ( so commutable from Bristol ,Bath ,Chippenham ) are experts in the financial compliance industry; focussing mainly on the Motor Trade and Travel. They have one of the UK's largest regulatory networks with many retail sites across the UK benefiting from a range of Finance and Insurance services.
They are looking for a sales and on Boarding Administrator to join their friendly team .
By providing Appointed Representative status, they shoulder the burden of compliance ( of being Directly Authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) ) so their customers can concentrate on running their day to day businesses selling cars and holidays

Were looking for a highly organised, client-focused Sales & Onboarding Administrator to join their growing team. This role blends proactive client onboarding, sales operations support, and administration to ensure a seamless experience for both new and existing clients.
You will play a pivotal role in managing inbound sales activity, preparing and supporting targeted sales campaigns, and ensuring that each clients compliance journey begins smoothly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online
Triage and prioritise leads, assess initial needs, and assign appropriately to sales - Assist in qualifying inbound enquiries and nurturing leads where appropriate
Maintain and update their CRM systems to ensure clear handovers and accurate tracking of interactions
Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and momentum through the sales pipeline
Support the planning and execution of targeted sales and marketing campaigns
Prepare prospect lists, coordinate email campaigns, and track campaign effectiveness
Gather and analyse campaign data to support post-campaign reporting and refinement
Support the complete onboarding lifecycle for new clients, ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
Communicate regularly with clients to guide them through onboarding touch points whilst coordinating with internal departments to ensure readiness for set-live
Support the sales and client development team with administrative tasks including proposals, follow-ups, and CRM updates
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services based on client needs and compliance status
Respond promptly to client queries and escalate more complex issues when required
Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards throughout onboarding process
About You:
Experience in a sales coordination, onboarding, or sales administration role .
Strong interest in compliance, regulated industries, and the motor trade
Confident handling inbound sales calls and client communications professionally
Skilled with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft 365, campaign tools and social media
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organised, analytical, and thrives in a busy, multitasking environment
A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys contributing to a teams growth .
37.5 hours a week
Flexi-time: Employees can accrue a maximum of 2 days TOIL (time off in lieu) per calendar month.
Holiday: 25 days per calendar year increasing to 28 days. (1 additional day per full year worked).
Birthday: Birthday day off (following completion of a 6-month probationary period).
Pension: Employer contributory pension of 3% (after 3-month deferment period). Employee contribution 5%.
Health Care: Once an employee reaches 1 year of service, they will be entitled to join the companys private health care scheme.
Holiday Buy Back: up to a maximum of 5 days are allowed per calendar year.
Memberships: Relevant and agreed professional business-related memberships will be paid.
Community/Charity work: Paid time off to do pre agreed community/charity work up to 5 days per year.
