Your role:
As Store Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team delivering, fitting, and collecting essential equipment across the Wigan boroughhelping people live independently and supporting hospital discharges. You’ll work closely with NHS and Social Services colleagues to ensure every customer receives timely, high-quality service. Alongside supervising deliveries and collections, you’ll play a key role in our decontamination unit, ensuring equipment is cleaned and data accurately recorded. About you:
Are you self-motivated with a strong customer care ethic and a passion for making a difference? At ICES, we need someone who can See the Person, listen deeply, and do the right thing while leading a team in a fast-paced, fluid service. You’ll supervise equipment delivery, collection and maintenance, supporting hospital discharges and preventing admissions. This role can be physically and emotionally demanding, so resilience, flexibility, a keen eye for detail and excellent decision-making are key.
