Responsibilities
* Lead the execution of the local brand strategy to deliver sales and profit growth
* Take full P&L responsibility and manage the marketing mix to ensure profitability
* Act as the voice of the consumer, translating insights into actionable strategies
* Drive innovation, from concept development to launch execution and post‑launch evaluation
* Lead omni‑channel brand activations, ensuring impact across online and offline touchpoints
* Accelerate e‑commerce performance, optimizing the digital shelf and conversion
* Manage campaign execution across paid, owned, and earned channels with a strong digital and social media focus
* Shape and execute content strategies tailored to local channels and influencer platforms
* Develop and deliver PR and influencer campaigns to boost visibility and engagement
* Build strong partnerships with agencies to ensure best‑in‑class communication and execution
* Optimize budget allocation and track performance KPIs to maximize ROI
Requirements
* University degree in business, marketing, or equivalent
* 2‑3 years of brand marketing experience, ideally within FMCG or a fast‑paced consumer environment
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and e‑commerce
* Commercially driven with a growth mindset and ability to operate autonomously
* Thrives in a fast‑paced, agile environment with a proactive problem‑solving approach
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and agencies
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluent in English
