Tradeline Recruitment are a busy, well established construction recruitment agency based in Bedford, with a turnover of approx. £30 million per annum. We require an in-house Credit Controller on a full time, permanent basis to manage the collection of payments from our clients. Joining the Accounts Department, you will have proven experience as a Credit Controller, confident liaising with our clients to resolve queries/disputes whilst keeping our cash flow strong. Your customer service skills and ability to build relationships must be excellent as you will be the first point of contact that our clients speak to regarding their account. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must due to the complex ledger of the business. You will need to be confident with Sage, and all Microsoft packages, and willing to learn our payroll/invoicing software. Good communication skills are essential as you will be required to provide regular reports to the management team. There will also be the opportunity to enhance our current systems to create a more efficient way of working. You will have responsibility for managing the purchase order system making sure our invoices have the correct order numbers on, helping to ensure prompt payment.
