An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our client’s reputable organisation based in West Kent.
Duties will include:
Processing invoices, resolving queries, reconciling statements, processing payment runs
Raising invoices, sending statements, processing credit notes, uploading to external systems
Credit Control including posting receipts, taking payments, chasing debts, managing accounts
Keeping sales and purchase ledgers accurate and up to date
Managing finance inboxes, post, and resolving queries
Providing ad-hoc support to the Financial Controller
The successful candidate will:
Have a solid understanding of general accounting processes
Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Be confident with Excel
Possess strong attention to detail and communication skills
