We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.
Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and wellbeing.
Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches.
Implement evidence-based therapies such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT, avoiding ABA.
Lead assessments, formulate treatment plans, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate with education staff.
Develop inclusive strategies to promote self-esteem, independence, and social interaction.
Prepare reports and contribute to EHCP reviews.
The role requires HCPC registration, experience with autism and trauma preferred, and offers a salary up to £44,738.50 with benefits including pension, parking, and store discount. The position is full-time or part-time, in-person in the UK.
