Retail Sales Assistant - Jollyes Pets - Southend. Combine your passion for pets with your job and help deliver fantastic customer service to our pet parents and build a great career with Jollyes. Your role as a Sales Assistant will be to help your store colleagues to maximise the potential of the store by providing genuinely helpful and friendly customer service, upholding great store standards with available stock and clean and tidy presentation, and promoting responsible pet ownership.

Responsibilities
Enjoy the challenges of a fast-paced retail workplace. You will be a key ambassador for the Jollyes brand, interacting with pets and people, delivering high levels of customer service, and supporting store standards. You will be flexible to cover shifts over 7 days, including evenings and weekends. A hands-on approach and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
Qualifications
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar, customer-facing environment and be able to demonstrate genuine, friendly service. You should be able to offer the highest levels of customer service and be an ambassador for the Jollyes values: Genuine, Wise, Focused, Eager, Together. A high level of flexibility is required.
