Job As Head of Quality (Learning and Skills), you will: * Lead the Quality, Safeguarding, IQA, and Curriculum team to ensure excellence across all provision. * Oversee quality assurance, self-assessment, and continuous improvement processes, driving high performance and compliance. * Act as part of the Ofsted nominee team, ensuring quality of education meets and exceeds inspection requirements. * Manage and develop strategies for observations of teaching, learning and assessment (OTLA), providing actionable feedback. * Ensure inclusive curriculum design and robust support for learners, including those with SEND needs. * Deliver quality reporting to senior leadership, escalating risks and celebrating success. Ideal Candidate We’re looking for a high-calibre leader who brings: * Proven senior experience managing quality and compliance within apprenticeships, skills, or adult learning. * Strong knowledge of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework and experience supporting inspections. * A recognised teaching or assessing qualification, and ideally IQA status. * A successful track record in leading self-assessment and quality improvement planning. * Ability to manage national teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and influence change. * Strong data analysis, reporting, and communication skills at a senior level. Desirable: Experience as an Ofsted nominee or inspector, and knowledge of multiple commissioner requirements (DfE, DWP, Justice, ESFA).
