Nursery Room Leader Location: Hayes The role is to work in the Pre-School Room and it is a term time position. The Nursery is open between 8am and 4pm. We are currently recruiting for a passionate Room Leader to join a local Day Nursery. The nursery is a purpose built space with engaging toys and resources. About the Role: Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children Maintain accurate records and accounts relating to children and staff Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and / or carers, as well as other professionals Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are followed at all times Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment About you; Level 3 or above childcare qualification Passionate about childcare Recent experience with the EYFS What can the Nursery offer you?
