A brand-new, food-led destination pub between Banbury and Daventry is opening soon as the second site for a fast-growing, highly respected hospitality group.
Led by a Head Chef with experience in some of the UK’s best kitchens, this is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a kitchen that cares about standards, teamwork and proper food.

We’re looking for a Sous Chef who:
8. Can confidently support and deputise for the Head Chef
9. Has strong all-round kitchen and BOH knowledge
10. Leads by example and brings a calm, organised approach
11. Is passionate about fresh, seasonal cooking
12. Thrives in a busy, high-standard kitchen
13. Wants to develop and grow within a serious food business
This is a hands-on role in a proper kitchen with big standards, big ambition, and a real opportunity to progress.
