Join a well-established and respected retail brand in Fareham as a PMO Analyst, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives. You'll play a key role within a high-performing IT Portfolio Management Office, driving project governance, transparency, and reporting across critical programmes.



?? What You'll Be Doing:

* Work closely with delivery leads and value stream owners to maintain high-quality project plans, reports, and governance processes
* Provide structured support for programme and portfolio boards through timely reporting and clear documentation
* Track and manage change controls and RAID items - Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies - across multiple workstreams, ensuring clear ownership, timely escalation, and effective resolution
* Promote visibility and alignment across teams to drive delivery efficiency
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent planning, prioritisation, and governance across the portfolio


? What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience working within an IT PMO function in a complex delivery environment
2. Hands-on experience working within a global corporate business environment
