Job Role
These are full‑time opportunities for a talented retail sales “go‑getter” to be based in one of our client’s city stores. As a Sales Consultant you will be at the forefront of their business, interacting with customers and providing a world‑class customer service experience. A genuine interest in watches is highly valuable, along with an inquisitive mind about consumer products and their specific technical features and benefits to future wearers. You should enjoy being in the client service spotlight and be flexible enough to work Sundays and bank holidays on a rota basis (5 days over 7).
Requirements
* At least one year’s experience working for a retail jeweller, including specific watch‑related sales training.
* Professional, well‑presented appearance and excellent communication skills.
* Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
* Willingness to participate in trade‑specific industry training run by the National Association of Jewellers (JET1 / JET2 Diploma), which delivers a nationally recognised qualification over time.
* Depending on store placement, additional brand training may be required by a specific Swiss watch house or international jewellery brand.
