We are seeking a Territory Manager - Scotland on behalf of a reputable medical equipment company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing sales within the assigned Scottish region, including Northern Ireland and North England. You will serve as the key point of contact for NHS facilities, private hospital groups, and retail customers, promoting a range of products such as breast prostheses, post-operative garments, lymphoedema solutions, and scar reduction patches. Your primary goal will be to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets by maintaining strong relationships with breast care nurses, surgeons, lymph nurses, and retail owners, while delivering expert product fitting clinics and training to key customers. The role demands being the brand ambassador for the company's products and ensuring efficient management of the supply chain, stock, and territory budget to maximise profit and market share. Occasional national and international travel is expected, along with the ability to handle product samples during meetings and clinics.
Proven sales success in the Medical Device industry with a strong track record
Experience in medical equipment field sales, ideally within breast care or related specialisms
Excellent communication skills in English; secondary language is advantageous
Driven, proactive sales hunter with high empathy and compassion for patients
Strong negotiation, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel within Scotland and occasionally nationally or internationally
