Hours of Work: Full-Time
As a Learning Coach, you will provide tailored academic support to international students, facilitating their transition to higher education. Your role will encompass conducting one-to-one and small group coaching sessions, designing workshops, and creating resources to enhance students' academic skills. You will work closely with academic staff to identify those requiring additional support and ensure all students thrive in their learning environment.
Learning Coach Requirements:
A degree in Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience supporting international students in an academic setting.
A strong understanding of the academic challenges faced by international learners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a sensitivity to cultural differences.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
