Offer description

We’re looking for a Senior Admin Coordinator to join a leading energy company in Aberdeen on a contract with possibility to extend. This role supports a team Director and the wider team with diary management, meeting coordination, travel bookings, reporting, and general admin. You’ll need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence using systems like SAP and Microsoft Office. Previous experience in the oil and gas sector is preferred.

This is a senior-level admin role within a busy team at a large energy company. The successful candidate will help with day-to-day office tasks and support different departments. The role is important for keeping things organised and running smoothly.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

* Managing diaries, emails, and meeting schedules.
* Prepare reports and presentations.
* Book travel and hotels using online systems.
* Handle expense claims and training forms.
* Keep systems and records up to date (SAP, DOC UK, PaWS).
* Order supplies like stationery and protective clothing.
* Upload documents and help with committee meeting files.
* Support other admin tasks when needed.

Applicants to this Role Require

* Strong admin experience, ideally in oil and gas or similar.
* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP.
* Organised and able to meet deadlines.
* Clear communication skillsand a helpful attitude.
* A qualification in admin or secretarial studies is preferred.
* Able to work with numbers and follow company processes.
