Behaviour Support Specialist
Location: Bognor Regis, West Sussex

A Secondary School in the Bognor Regis area is seeking a passionate and deciated Behaviour Supoprt role on a short-term basis.
The school has been rated "Good" by Ofsted and is known for itsambitious culture, calm learning environment, and strong sense of community.
With a highly inclusive approach to SEND within the classroom, this role would be working within the dedicated provision for additional needs, and is in a very controlled environment for students facing behaviourial challenges in school. This is a short-term role to start as soon as possible, with other opportunities available to roll over to on a long-term or permanent basis.
Ideal Candidate:
* Expereince with SEN (particularly SEMH), within an educational setting is ideal but not essential
* Excellent behaviour management skills and tactics
* Flexiblty and openess, with a genuine passion for supporting young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
