Person Specification: Educated to a minimum of City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent preferably in a mechanical/plumbing discipline Completion of a recognised technical training scheme. Apprenticeship (or equivalent programme) Good knowledge of the operation of Mechanical & Electrical Services and plant. Ability to interrogate and operate BMS's systems Knowledge of current technical standards in relation Electrical Services, HV & AC and Water Systems Treatment Understanding of business-critical services
