We are growing at Geely Auto UK! We are looking for a Warranty Specialist to report into the Warranty Manager, within the Aftersales team at Geely Auto UK Head office. They will provide operational and administrative support to the Geely Auto UK's Warranty function, ensuring accurate warranty claim processing, effective dealer support, and consistent application of warranty policy. The role supports system launch, campaign execution, and dealer network growth while operating within defined procedures and authority levels. Main Responsibilities Support day-to-day warranty operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of warranty-related activities. Review, validate, and process warranty claims in line with approved warranty policy, procedures, and guidance. Manage warranty administration tasks, including: Processing and maintaining mandatory PDI documentation Ensuring claim documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within required timeframes Act as first-line support for dealer warranty queries, including: Guidance on claim submission and documentation requirements Support with warranty system usage following system go-live Escalation of complex or non-standard cases to the Warranty Manager Support warranty campaigns and service actions, including: Administration and validation of campaign-related claims Monitoring claim volumes and identifying potential issues or anomalies Support warranty system stability and data quality by: Assisting with basic system access or user queries Identifying repeat claim errors or training needs Assist with audit preparation and compliance activities, including: Collating claim samples and supporting documentation Maintaining accurate records to support audit readiness Support warranty reporting and data preparation as required. Key Working Relationships Direct Report: Warranty Manager Collaboration Teams: Aftersales Operations Dealer Network Quality and Engineering teams (as required) KEY CHALLENGES Supporting warranty operations during system launch and early stabilisation. Managing increased workload during campaign activity and network growth. Ensuring accuracy and consistency of claim processing in a new and evolving warranty environment. Maintaining high data quality and compliance standards under time pressure. Developing warranty knowledge while operating within defined authority limits. Education, Training And Experience Minimum 3 years experience within an automotive warranty, aftersales, or dealer support role essential Understanding of warranty claim processes and dealer operations Experience working with dealer management systems or warranty platforms Willingness to undertake structured training in warranty policy, systems, and compliance OEM experience is beneficial but not required. Skills & Personal Characteristics Required Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy. Good organisational and time-management skills. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, developing environment. Confident in following defined processes and escalating issues appropriately. Positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop. Computer literate, with confidence using warranty systems, dealer management systems, and Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word). Adherence to the highest ethical standards in all aspects of the role. A genuine interest in the automotive industry and a passion for delivering the best service possible.
