About the Role:
As the Lead Business Analyst, you will:
1. Develop and lead the business analystmunity, setting standards and mentoring analysts across the organisation.
2. Take ownership of the mostplex, high-risk, and interdependent products and services.
3. Work across multiple product teams to ensure user needs are central to all decisions.
4. Use data and evidence to guide product development, measure value, and drive continuous improvement.
5. Translate strategic vision into prioritised, deliverable user stories and product backlogs.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Build and lead a high-performing business analysis function, supporting both professional development and delivery of excellence.
7. Create and execute research and analysis plans to inform nuanced decision-making.
8. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure services are accessible, intuitive, and user-centred.
9. Track product performance and user oues to inform iteration and improvement.
10. Champion agile ways of working and coach stakeholders on digital transformation best practices.

11. Proven experience delivering digital products in large,plex organisations using agile methodologies.
12. Strong ability to identify problems, build evidence, and drive product decisions.
13. Significant knowledge of product strategy, service design, and user-centred design principles.
14. Deep understanding of agile delivery, software development practices, and data-driven decision-making.
15. Excellentmunication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
