Social Media Manager
Location: UK (hybrid/remote considered)
We're working with a fast-growing international business operating in a highly regulated consumer goods sector, looking to hire a hands-on Social Media Manager to build and own its organic social presence.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of social channels from the ground up and define brand voice in a complex but exciting category.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for leading and executing organic social media activity, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok. This is a hands-on role where execution matters just as much as strategy.
You'll work closely with in-house teams across design, content, ecommerce, SEO, PR, and customer engagement, with the autonomy to shape how social supports wider commercial and brand goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and operate organic social media channels, primarily Instagram and TikTok
2. Develop and maintain a consistent, compliant brand voice across platforms
3. Plan, create, post, and optimise organic content
4. Navigate and work within platform restrictions for regulated products
5. Monitor performance and continuously improve content and engagement
