We are currently recruiting for a Spa Therapist at Wood Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. This role is being offered on a maternity cover temporary contract to start in October 2025 to November 2026. Wood Hall Hotel & Spa is a luxury country house retreat in West Yorkshire with 44 bedrooms, an award-winning 2 AA Rosette restaurant, and a small health club and spa.
Wood Hall offers a romantic break, a family getaway or simply rest, relaxation and pampering for guests.

Responsibilities
* As a Spa Therapist, help support the success of your team, stay engaged, and consistently deliver exceptional service with the guest at the heart of all activities.
* Deliver outstanding spa treatments and develop knowledge to confidently make positive recommendations for guests.
* Maintain high standards of mindfulness and well-being to ensure memorable guest experiences and that clients leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury 4/5 star hotel spa environment is desirable.
* Essential: current UK beauty therapy Level 3 qualifications; able to perform treatments including facials, massage, nail and foot treatments (including gel nails); ideally trained in Elemis product house.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and create memorable experiences.
* High emotional intelligence with the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide a Hand Picked experience.
* Professional, organized, and friendly approach.

* Competitive salary package of £30,825.60 per year, plus a share of service charge and commission on retail sales.
* Full-time role: 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week (may vary with business needs).
